     Sycamore Run is a 146 bed Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center located just north of Millersburg, Ohio in scenic Holmes County. Amenities include large spacious private, and semi private rooms, twenty-four hour nursing services, beautifully landscaped enclosed courtyards, and buffet style dining all to make your stay comfortable and homelike.

     To meet the unique and individual needs of each resident, Sycamore Run utilizes an Interdisciplinary approach to the delivery of services promoting the highest physical, emotional, medical and spiritual needs. These approaches include a full-time Chaplain and innovative activities featuring an onsite greenhouse. Under the guidance of Physicians (Board Certified in Internal Medicine) our professional nursing staff promotes a philosophy of Person Centered Care. Skilled nursing services include I.V. therapy, oxygen, wound care, total parenteral nutrition, tracheotomy care and much more. The dietary department prepares meals that allow for individual preferences to suit each residents taste and dietary need. An impeccable housekeeping and maintenance staff assures a clean well groomed environment.

     Sycamore Run’s rehabilitation team provides its short term and longer term clients with an individualized approach to their care. Available services are Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapies, specializing in Orthopedics, Cardiovascular, Neurological and Post Surgical care. By utilizing the latest technology, they are able to improve clinical outcomes and speed up the recovery process. Prior to discharge, one of the members of the Therapy team can do an In-Home assessment and make adaptive equipment and environmental suggestions to better ease the transition back home. Our Licensed Social Worker will assist in setting up any needed home services as well. This personal service is second nature to the caring and professional staff you will come in contact with during your rehabilitation stay.

     Sycamore Run Nursing and Rehabilitation is both Medicare and Medicaid approved as well as having numerous insurance contracts.
